Rotational
moulding is a simple process of manufacturing. The most commonly
known products are water tanks yet there is a wide range of products
manufactured today using the rotomoulding process. With advanced
technology is has become possible to manufacture more than simply
hollow containers, which is how the process first became known.
Our rotational moulded products are manufactured using Low density
Polyethylene which makes them stress-free and extrememly tough and
durable. In comparison to other plastic manufacturing processes,
rotomoulding is more cost effective. Moulds are relatively inexpensive,
lead times to manufacture moulds are shorter and smaller production
runs and viable.
